Careers at Bright Lambs

We’re building something exciting and we want great people with us.

Bright Lambs was founded by Business Analysts and Process Leads who’ve spent years inside complex engineering, manufacturing and digital transformation environments. We know how messy processes get, how stressed people feel when systems don’t work, and how much value a great analyst can unlock.

We’re growing, we’re ambitious, and we’re always on the lookout for people who love solving problems, improving how organisations work, and bringing clarity to chaos.

If that sounds like you, let’s talk.

Graduate Pathway

We’re launching our Graduate Training Programme in September 2026, aimed at developing the next generation of Business Analysts who can thrive in the age of AI.

You’ll get hands-on experience with real client projects, support from experienced analysts, and a learning environment designed around systems thinking, problem-solving and modern digital transformation skills.

Whether you’re graduating next year or planning ahead, you’re welcome to express early interest and go through the process as soon as opportunities open.

Experienced Professionals

Bright Lambs is growing, and we’re always keen to meet people with experience across engineering, manufacturing, consultancy, product, operations or data.

If you enjoy untangling messy processes, designing smarter systems, and helping clients work more efficiently, you’ll fit in here. You’ll have autonomy, meaningful problems to solve, and the chance to grow. All whilst helping our clients expand and evolve.
